The way leading to a happy or happier life is actually no secret.

You have seen people doing it and talking about it a lot already. 

The question is: are you ready for the change?
 

 

To believe in something is one thing; to "do" is another. Both need great courage.

To get ready for the end of the world, first we need to organize our current life. 

Find your control button and sort out the balance level (make the internal world sync to the world around you).

Being happy and content will only help you to get stronger faster in a way that won't consume your body or energy as much as a resent (hatred) mode.

 

 


Okay, understanding being happy in life is a necessary step for our purpose. Now, lets talk about how we can achieve it.

1. Find a true calling/ profession
Most of the time, this is the most difficult one. A lot of people suffer from compromising their dream with the reality--- meaning they earn money by doing one thing while deep down they believe they are something else. It's really important to synchronize what you believe with what you do. Because then you will develop your full power in mastering the profession you love. This will keep your mind occupied and content. You will find peace in all the hard work.

However reckless blind bravery is required. You may face some pressure at the beginning of your true calling (no job, no money, no lover, and a lot of bull-shit). Anyway, find something to dig deep and become an expert. In return, it will give you great satisfaction (better than sex).


2. Get close to the nature, even meditate
Move yourself to any parks around you. Breathe in and out. Nature has a healing power that shouldn't be underestimated. Touch trees and flowers. Feel the earth. Dump your negative energy to the nature or through meditation. Be humble and feel the gratitude. You will find your HP restored.

3. Healthy body
Being healthy won't necessarily make you happy but sickness is a shit hole that you don't want to get into. So try your best to stay healthy: eat well (balanced nutrition), sleep well (get to bed before 12), exercise often (yoga, walking and lifting) and do a health check whenever you can. Think positively and even pretend to smile will make you feel better.

4. Stay low in profile
For our survival tip, I will recommend you to stay low in profile--- don't go overboard with your achievement. Try to give all the credits to other people or to God. Keep yourself as anonymous as possible. You don't want to be seen or picked on while you are getting stronger. Stay away from the heat.


5. Know your resources
You should know what you have and what you can do with it. When the time comes, you will be able to disguise, operate and get the stuff you needed.

6. Get into groups
Build a network that can help you to grow. You don't necessarily need to meet them in person but can exchange information with.

1-3 maybe essential to happiness; 4-6 is bonus.
