It's hard to get out of the bed and think positively because the "past" experiences make us predict the day is just another bad hang-over.
But the fact is..........you really have no control.
If it turns out to be "boring", that probably means you are one lucky bastard because things don't get any worse.
You still stay in one piece without getting hit by a car or killed by an angry ex.
Another happy fact is that each day our cells renew again--- the old ones die out.
So our body is brand new again. It's just like a switch really. We just need to learn how to turn on the switch at the right time.
